Craft Beer Hour meets Intrepid Brewing

You are invited to join Intrepid Brewing for a brewery tour in the heart of the Peak District. Only 20 minutes from Sheffield on the train, come and learn about (and sample) one of the UK's newest craft breweries, situated in the stunning Hope Valley in Derbyshire.

Head Brewer, Ben McIntyre, will give you a tour of the brewery, before we settle down in the cosy Anglers Rest in Bamford for a few beers, followed by a live session on Craft Beer Hour from 9pm. This is the first time that Craft Beer Hour has officially been out and about (in the pub!), and so if you can make it along, we would love to have your company.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

(a) Intrepid Brewing is a working brewery containing commercial equipment, machinery and hazardous cleaning chemicals and our tours use steep stairs and uneven surfaces. Absolute caution should be exercised at all times and any access restrictions in force should be strictly observed.
(b) That you are or will be over 18 years of age on the date of the tour.
(c) That we will refuse to admit you into the brewery if you appear to be intoxicated, or if we consider your behaviour to pose a threat to our personnel or fellow tour participants.
(d) That this is a walking tour of a working brewery, so please wear sensible footwear and comfortable clothing.
(e) That regrettably the brewery is not wheelchair accessible.
(f) That vehicles parked are left entirely at their owners’ risk.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

If travelling by train, please go to Bamford railway station. It's 20 minutes from Sheffield and 50 minutes from Manchester. From there It is 2 miles to the brewery – and if you let us know you are coming, we can arrange to pick you up.

If travelling by car, you may park outside the brewery. The address is:

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. This event requires digital registration just because we have a limitation on how many people we can show around the brewery at any one time.
